Gary Kooper
Chief Executive Officer
Gary brings with him 34 years in the Industrial and Consumer packaging industry leading multiple world class business functions and teams. Gary most recently was CEO of OMV Technologies, Manufacturers of extruders, thermoformers, and tooling. OMV specializes in closed loop turnkey systems with 60 Years of experience in the plastics industry.
Prior to his CEO role with OMV, Gary worked with one of the largest packaging companies in the world. Throughout his tenure, Gary and his teams were able to bring about world-class operational improvements as well as meet the needs of the most demanding consumer and industrial packaging organizations in the world.
His experience ranges from safety, quality, supply chain, procurement, training and development, and operational excellence.
Gary is active in the community with volunteering for St. Anthony Catholic Church and School, Cypress Adventures, Coker University, Living Proof, and Pee Dee Hearing.
Gary and his wife Teri live in Florence.
Hal Cummings
Chief Financial Officer
Hal joined the team in March 2023. He grew up in Washington, DC and earned a BA from The University of the South, Sewanee, an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University, and an MS in Accounting from University of Memphis. He spent over three decades with Sonoco Products Company, a Fortune 500 global manufacturing company based in Hartsville, SC and retired as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at the end of 2022. He has been married to his wife, Missy, since 1991 and they have two children, Will and Ellie, and their dog Hopkins. Hal and his wife enjoy volunteering for various non-profit organizations, as well as spending time with family, friends, and in the great outdoors hiking, rafting, and in various sports.
Frank Jones
Operations Manager
Frank joined the team in January of 2023. He graduated from Holiday Inn University in June of 1989. He brings 34 years of hospitality and construction experience. Frank enjoys being active in his community. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, playing beach volleyball, and going on cruises with friends and family. He is married to his wife, Melissa, of 32 years, has one daughter, Tyler Renee, and a chocolate lab named Hunter.
Will Lindsey
Property Manager
Will started at Chandler Reserve Club in May of 2021. Shortly after, he obtained his SC Property Management license. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration/Management from Lyon College in Arkansas. Originally from Arkansas, he's a Razorbacks fan and in his spare time likes to play golf and spend time with family and friends.
Allison Christenbury
Assistant Property Manager
Allison joined the team as the Assistant Property Manager in October 2022. She is currently working towards her license in Property Management. She enjoys working with the team and making the community the best it can be! When she's not working, Allison enjoys gardening, spending time with her 2 dogs, and watching football with her husband, Matthew.
John Hylla
Maintenance Technician
John joined our team in August of 2022. John is a New York native, and does not miss the cold! John loves working on his car, working with his hands, and spending time with his family. He loves helping our residents, and helping keep our community beautiful.
